What this website stores, for how long, and what it never does — under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection 2025.
What is stored
- When you only read: nothing about you. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics. Visit statistics, if enabled, use a cookieless tool that does not identify individuals.
- When you submit a question (opens in a later phase): the question text, the locality you choose, and — only if you want to be notified — an email address or Zalo number. Contact details are encrypted at rest and used only to reply to you.
- When you subscribe to updates (opens in a later phase): your email or Zalo, your language, and the questions you want to follow.
For how long
- Contact details attached to a question are deleted 12 months after the question is closed, unless you subscribed.
- Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes the record.
What is never done
- Your details are never sold or shared with third parties.
- A submitter's identity is never published. Question text is published only after it is anonymised and marked public.
