Comment policy

This website has no open comment threads. All exchange goes through the question form and is read and answered publicly under the rules below.

How exchange works

Posts on this site have no comment section. Instead, you submit a question or a local issue through Ask (opens in a later phase). Each submission gets a reference code and its own status page so you can follow it: received → reviewing → answered, or cannot act (with the reason).

Rules

  1. Be constructive. State the problem and, where you can, a proposed solution. Address the issue, not the person.
  2. No personal attacks, no insults aimed at agencies or organisations. Such content is not published and not answered.
  3. No third-party personal details. Do not send other people's names, addresses or phone numbers.
  4. Stay lawful. Content that breaks Vietnamese law is declined.

Moderation

I read every submission myself. A question is published only after it is anonymised. If a question is not acted on, its status page states the reason — there are no silent refusals.
